We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost or stolen funds.

THE PLATFORM AND OW TOKENS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENWIH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PURCHASE OF OW TOKENS.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the six months preceding the claim.
